ランニングやスイムなどのスポーツ、瞑想もありだけれど、やはり普段とは違う場所に行くと自分の中に新たな問いが出てくる。精神を解放したい。自分を解放したい。そんな時は普段とは違う場所へ。
定期的に休暇をとって、自らを解放しよう。
