自分の中での本当の休暇は、普段と違う場所に行くとき。気ままに予定も決めず普段とは違う場所に行く。
日常とはまったく違う場所。そんな環境だと、自分の中に新たな問いと新たな答えが出てくる。
ランニングやスイムなどのスポーツ、瞑想もありだけれど、やはり普段とは違う場所に行くと自分の中に新たな問いが出てくる。精神を解放したい。自分を解放したい。そんな時は普段とは違う場所へ。
定期的に休暇をとって、自らを解放しよう。
