自分は本をよく読むのだけれど、たしかに、なるほどフムフムとわかった気になっているだけだと何も変わらない。さらには、読書して考えた後、さ行動しなくちゃ、食事をして消化しないのと同じだ。

消化までしない食事のなんと多いこと、多いこと。
