年収100万円の人が年1000万円（10倍）になるのと同じだけの「幸福感の増加」を、年収1000万の人が感じようとすれば年収1億円（10倍）になる必要がある。
「授かり効果」
人は、今所有しているものが取り去られたら、とてもやっていけないと考える傾向がある。以前はそれなしでも平気で何年も過ごしてきたのに実際には、多少低いレベルであっても長く持続するほうを選べば、生活における喜びの総量はより大きくなるのに、一度味わったピーク時を忘れられずなかなか低いレベルに戻せなくなる。
「比較対象の誤り」
もしもあなたが、どんなときも人生は灰色だとしか考えられないとしたら、「比較の対象が間違っていないだろうか」「むやみに過去や未来にとらわれていないだろうか」と自問してみればいい
など、自分が陥っている問題すぎてやばい（笑）
