ずっと一ヶ所に居続けるというのは、よくない
『教育の本当の目的がひとつあるとすれば、それは人をして常に疑
これすごくいい言葉だ。常に疑問を持っていくっていうのはこれ本当に一番の秘訣かも。
仕事に慣れてくると、本当に日々の日常をおろそかにしがちになる。ずっと一ヶ所に居続けるというのは、人の成長にとって間違いなくよくないな。バランスが偏って筋肉が硬直してカチカチに固まる前に、積極的に居場所を変える工夫をすることが絶対に必要だ。
あと、誰かを引っ張って行く人間は、身をもってまず自分が飛び込み、何があってもケラケラ笑ってないとダメだ。違う景色を見せてくれる。違う世界へ引っ張り上げてくれる。そんな風に思わせないと。
