expand your horizons ＝視野を広げること
面白いもので、視野っていうのは何もしないと、どんどん視野が狭まっていく。
視野は、広くしようとしない、限りどんどんどんどん狭まるし、
自分の生きる世界も、どんどんどんどん狭まっていく。
視野を広げるには、アクションが常に必要だ。
