賑やかさがあるからこそ、暗闇が大好きだ。
瞑想。
座禅。
うちは娘が３人、家庭はいつも賑やか。
お店に行っても、街に出てもいつも賑やか。
そんな中、今ハマっていること。
部屋とお風呂を真っ暗にして、
防水のノイズキャンセリングのワイヤレスイヤホンをつけて、
真っ暗闇に浸る。
これがとても気持ちよい。
賑やかさがあるからこそ、暗闇が好きだ。
賑やかや明るさがあるからこそ、暗闇に癒される。
