魂にフィットしない生き方は、無駄にエネルギーを食う。
ちゃんとやってる とかそういうことじゃなくて、自分の感性がしっかり働いているか？頭と、体が柔軟にあり続けていらているか？そこを常に、自分自身でチェックしているつもりなんだけど、油断するとすぐ固まる。
なかなかうまくいかないなぁ〜
