心が身体を引っ張るのか？身体が心を引っ張るのか？
なんというか世界というのは不思議なもので、自分が弱っている時に見る青空と、健康な時に見る青空はまったく違う。どんなに綺麗な澄んだ青空でも自分が弱っているときに見るとその青空の綺麗さはまったく入ってこない。
身心一如、肉体と心は一体、とよくいうけれど、身体が先か？心が先か？心が身体を引っ張るのか？身体が心を引っ張るのか？心が追いつかないのか？はたまた身体が追いついていないのか？
とにかく心と身体は常に鍛錬が必要で、ケアしていないと簡単に錆びついてしまう。
