日常化と、非日常化
山が日常化すると、働くことが非日常化する。
じつは、自分3年ほど、登山やら海外進出など、何やかんやしてて、日本のうちのメガネ屋に行ってなかった。
そんなメガネ屋にすごく久しぶりに入っているんだけれど、3年ぶりなので、すべてが非日常だ。つまり新鮮。
日常と非日常って不思議だ。
最近、働いてみてわかったけれど、日常と非日常は、刺激の強さじゃないんだ。山が日常化すると、今まで日常だった働くってことが非日常化する。これは、人間の慣れの感覚も働いてるのかなぁ〜自分の環境を変えてみるということは定期的にやっぱり必要だ。
うちのスタッフも、同じ店舗でずっと働くだけなどで、マンネリ化しないように今後は環境を変えるようにしようかな。
