The secret to longevity can be summed up in two things: “laughter” and “avoiding boredom.” This is the philosophy of Jeanne Calment, who lived to be 122 years old.
“Laughter” – the ability to find amusement in various things, and the power to laugh things off no matter what happens.
And “avoiding boredom” – this is surprisingly difficult. To avoid boredom, you must always be interested in new things and keep challenging yourself. The key to escaping boredom lies in maintaining a sense of curiosity and the ability to find amusement in everything. No matter how old you are, it’s important to continue embracing new challenges.
