長生きの秘訣は2つ「笑うこと」と「退屈しないこと」(122歳まで生きたジャンヌカルマン)
「笑うこと」いろいろなことを面白がる力。何かあっても笑い飛ばす力。
そして「退屈しないこと」これが意外に難しい。退屈しないためには常に新しいことに興味を持ち、挑戦を続けなければならない。好奇心を失わず、様々なことを面白がる力こそが、退屈から逃れるための鍵。何歳になっても、新しいことに挑戦し続ける姿勢をもちたいものだ。

The secret to longevity can be summed up in two things: “laughter” and “avoiding boredom.” This is the philosophy of Jeanne Calment, who lived to be 122 years old.
“Laughter” – the ability to find amusement in various things, and the power to laugh things off no matter what happens.
And “avoiding boredom” – this is surprisingly difficult. To avoid boredom, you must always be interested in new things and keep challenging yourself. The key to escaping boredom lies in maintaining a sense of curiosity and the ability to find amusement in everything. No matter how old you are, it’s important to continue embracing new challenges.
