Today I read a book called ‘Experience Inequality’.
It says that poverty is inherited not only through education, but also through ‘experiences’. In other words, the book says that special experiences that are not available in everyday life, such as travel, sport and art, are even less common in poor families. In fact, the amount of money and time parents have at their disposal will greatly influence their children’s experiences.
In the coming age of evolving AI, knowledge alone can be replaced by AI. The ‘will’ and ‘desire’ to think and act for oneself is also nurtured by ‘experience’, according to the report.
No matter how much knowledge you learn about debt, you cannot understand its true meaning unless you actually go into debt. The learning that comes from actually experiencing failure and success cannot be gained from classroom learning alone. The learning and achievements that come from experience last a lifetime. It seems that ‘experience’ will become increasingly important in the world of the future.
