今の日本は、まるで以前のタイのよう
夜、新宿からの仕事の帰り道。フットマッサージのお店の前に外国人観光客の行列。この盛況ぶり、どこかで見たことがあると思ったらタイだ。タイに旅行に行った際、インドネシアに行った際、とても安いので、必ず夜フットマッサージに行っていた。その光景そのまま。
そうか、今日本はタイよりも割安。本当に安い国になってしまったんだ。

Walking home from work in Shinjuku at night. A queue of foreign tourists outside a foot massage shop. I thought I had seen this thriving business somewhere before, but it was in Thailand. When I travelled to Thailand and Indonesia, I always went for a foot massage at night because it was very cheap. It’s just like that scene.
Well, now Japan is cheaper than Thailand. It has become a very cheap country.
