人間にとって再起動
パソコンなど電子機器の調子が悪い場合、もっとも多く使用するのが再起動。実際再起動すると、大抵のことは解決する。
人間にとっての再起動は睡眠らしい。睡眠をすると、1日の考え事などで溜まった脳の中の余分なメモリ、脳の老廃物を排出できるらしい。この睡眠という再起動、若いころは間違いなく効果を発揮していたけれど、最近イマイチ発揮しなくなってしまった。とはいえ、睡眠は間違いなく必須。なんとか、すばらしい再起動を毎日行えるように体を整えていきたい。

When a computer or other electronic device is not working properly, the most common use of rebooting is to restart it. In fact, rebooting usually solves most problems.
For humans, rebooting is said to be sleep. Sleep is said to help the brain dump excess memory and brain waste that has built up during the day from thinking and other activities. This reboot called sleep definitely worked for me when I was younger, but it hasn’t worked so well lately. But sleep is definitely essential. I would like to somehow prepare my body so that I can have a wonderful reboot every day.
