結局、お客様と接点を持っている人が最強

新宿と銀座で眼鏡屋「誠眼鏡店」を営ませていただき15年。今はうちのような小さなお店も、インターネットのおかげで、様々な方にお店を知っていただける本当に素晴らしい時代。とはいえ、やはりお客様との実際の接点を持てる店舗はやはり最強。

アップルも、スティーブ・ジョブズが復活したとき、お客様との接点をもう一回取り戻す拠点としてApple Storeをはじめたという。実際、お店をやっていると、お客様のお話の中で、本当にいつも学びをいただける。こんな時代だからこそ、お客様との接点は本当に貴重。

At the end of the day, those who are in touch with customers are the strongest.
We have been running optician shops in Shinjuku and Ginza for 15 years. Nowadays, thanks to the Internet, even a small shop like ours can be known by many different people, which is really wonderful. But shops that have a real point of contact with customers are still the strongest.

When Steve Jobs came back, Apple also started the Apple Store as a base to get back in touch with customers. In fact, when I run a store, I always learn something from my customers’ stories. In times like these, customer contact is really valuable.
