時間を増やすコツは「放棄」「自動化」「委任」

最近目を通した本「お金持ちは合理的」に以下のことが書いてあった。

時間を増やすコツは「放棄」「自動化」「委任」の３つ。

なるほど。この３つの中で、自動化はある程度できたとして、ここで難しいのが、「放棄」と「委任」。これが結構難しい。自分で始めたことなどだと、どうしても自分がやったほうが早いから、自分がやったほうが効率が良いからなどで、結局ぜんぶ背負い込んでしまったりする。

「放棄」と「委任」これができないと間違いなく、時間は増やせない。

In a book I recently read, ‘The Rich Are Rational’, the following was mentioned.

The three tips for more time are giving up, automating and delegating.

I see. Of these three, automation can be done to some extent, but what is difficult here is ‘surrender’ and ‘delegation’. That is quite difficult. If you start something yourself, you tend to take on all the responsibility because it is faster or more efficient to do it yourself.

If you can’t do that, you’re definitely not going to get more time.
