ストレス発散の手段は移動。
本日もイタリア、ガルダ湖。自分のストレス発散の一番の手段は移動。自分の場合、どんなにすばらしい場所でも、ずっとそこにとどまっていると、どうもダメ。
いたって普通の場所でも、新たな場所に行くと五感が自然に活性化。新たな考えが浮かんでくる。

Today Lake Garda, Italy. For me, the best way to relieve stress is to move. No matter how wonderful a place is, if I stay there for a long time, it’s not good enough for me.
When I go to a new place, even an ordinary place, my senses are naturally activated. New thoughts come to me.
