Food noise, the opposite of people trying to lose weight and all they think about is food.
I’ve been trying to lose weight for running and have got down to about 170cm 61kg, but it’s definitely been full of food noise.
Also, I am now seriously considering a swim across the Channel. He said that if I were to swim for more than 10 hours in 15°C water without a wetsuit, I would need to increase my weight.
At my age if I gain weight and then lose it all at once, my daily life will be full of eating noise again.
