単にバランスの問題
炭水化物を控えることにしてから2年ほど。以前は、あまり体を動かしてなかったから炭水化物を抜いたほうが調子が良かったけれど、現在は、日々まあまあ体を動かしているので、逆に炭水化物や糖質をとったほうが体の調子が良好と出る。
炭水化物はダメ、糖質はダメ、そういった絶対的ものは、じつはなく、人によっては炭水化物をある程度とったら調子が良い人もいて、時期によっては炭水化物をある程度とったほうが良い時期もあり、単にバランスの問題なのかもしれない。

I have been cutting back on carbohydrates for about two years. I used to feel better when I cut out carbohydrates because I wasn’t very physically active, but now that I’m quite physically active on a daily basis, I feel better when I have carbohydrates and sugar.
There is no absolute rule that says carbohydrates are bad or sugar is bad; some people feel better after a certain amount of carbohydrates and some people feel better with a certain amount of carbohydrates at certain times of the year, so it may just be a matter of balance.
