多様性を求めながらも否定する

4人のうちの子たちはまさに義務教育のまっさかり。小学校、中学校、幼稚園。うちの一番下の子は独特で、みんなでお遊戯の時間でも眠たければ眠る。

義務教育期間中は、集団教育の場なので、ある程度は仕方ないと思うけれど、多様性が大事といいながら否定する。金髪はダメ。鼻ピはダメ。タトゥーはダメ。許容しない。排除する。

集団生活は間違いなく決まりごとを作ったほうが簡単だ。一人一人にしっかり向き合いリスペクトするのは、難しい。許容する。排除しないというのは難しい。決まりごとと多様性。

Seeking diversity but denying it
Our four children are in the middle of their compulsory education. Primary school, secondary school and kindergarten. Our youngest is unique, he sleeps when he wants to, even during playtime with everyone.

During compulsory schooling, I don’t think there’s much you can do about it, because it’s a place of group education, but they deny it and say that diversity is important. Blonde hair is not allowed. No tattoos. Not tolerated. We exclude them.

Group life is definitely easier with rules. It is difficult to face each person and respect them. Tolerated. It is difficult not to exclude.
