本日は、ハワイトライアスロンのため、明日明後日の自転車山登りのイベントPEAKSというものに参加するため長野中。2日完走できれば走行距離300kmほど、獲得標高は9000近くになるので、ちょうど11月のハワイのための事前練習にちょうど良い。

なんとか、2日完走したい。

PEAKS Nagano
Today I am in Nagano for the Hawaii Triathlon and the day after tomorrow for the PEAKS mountain bike race. 300km and almost 9000m of climbing if I can complete the two days, so it will be good practice for Hawaii in November.I want to complete the two days somehow.
