海、うねり。
今日は海泳ぎ。今日は1500mほどだけ海泳ぎをしただけなのだけれど、うねりが強く33分ほどもかかってしまった。11月に海泳ぎ10kmの予定。この感じだと、10km泳ぐと7倍、230分。4時間は必ずかかる。
これはなかなか大変そう。さらに今後20kmや40kmを目指そうとしたら、20kmは9時間。40kmは18時間はかかってしまうだろう。これは海峡横断などは、かなりトレーニングしなくては難しそうだ。

Swimming in the sea today. I only swam 1500m in the sea today, but the swell was so strong that it took me 33 minutes. A 10km sea swim is planned for November. If I swim 10km like this, it will be seven times longer and it will definitely take me four hours.
It will be hard. And if I try to do 20km or 40km in the future, 20km will take 9 hours and 40km will take 18 hours. Crossing the Channel would be difficult without a lot of training.
