糖分依存症
2年ほど前から糖分を気をつけ出して、8kg痩せた。
今も糖分制限生活をしているのだけれど、長年糖分漬けになってチョコが大好きな自分の体は、いまだに無性に糖分を欲しがる。
本来、人間のエネルギー源である糖分。自然の糖分はもちろん生きていく上で必要だ。
なので、14時までお米などの自然な糖分はとりつつ、どうしても人口的な糖分、チョコなどを食べたいとき、自分の食べたい商品を少しだけ食べ自分をごまかそう。

Sugar addiction
I started watching my sugar about two years ago and lost 8kg.
I am still living a low-sugar lifestyle, but my body, which has been soaked in sugar for years and loves chocolate, still craves sugar irresistibly.
Sugar is essentially an energy source for humans. Natural sugar is, of course, essential for life.
So I eat natural sugars, such as rice, until 2 pm, but when I really want to eat artificial sugars, such as chocolate, I cheat myself by eating a little of the product I want to eat.
