パテックフィリップ展で、ソニーのカメラに興味津々。
西新宿、うちのお店の近くでパテックフィリップ展がやっていて、小売をするものならば、行ってきた方が良いということで、実際に行ってきた。
とてもすごい。さすがだ。三井住友ビルの中の三角広場にポップアップ的に作られているにも関わらず、さすがのクオリティ。
昨年、メガネの仕入れの際フランスに行った際、スイス、ジュネーブのパテックフィリップミュージアムにも立ち寄ってきたけれど、ジュネーブのミュージアムからの一部商品とともに、今回は現行品や日本人のコレクターさんの商品なども展示されていた。
時計や会場の作りは勿論すばらしかったのだけれど、個人的に最も興奮したのが、時計職人さんの実演での機械の説明。オーバーホールをマクロカメラで映しながら丁寧に１対１でご説明いただける。
部品の細かさ、美しさに感動。時計とは関係ないところだけれど、自分の仕事で最も関係のあるライブ機材、細かい時計の細部までライブで映し出すカメラについつい興味が湧いてしまいみてみると、ソニー。
これは業者用のレンズとカメラなのだろうか？本当にすごい精度でライブをしていた。パテックフィリップ展に行き、ソニーのカメラのほうについつい興味が移ってしまった。
パテックフィリップは自分には現実味のない時計だけれど、とにかく、とても素晴らしいエキシビジョンだった。

I went to the Patek Philippe exhibition
There was a Patek Philippe exhibition in West Shinjuku, near our store, and I actually went because if you are a retailer, you should go.
It’s very impressive. even though it’s a pop-up in a triangular space in the Sumitomo Mitsui building.
Last year, when I went to France to buy glasses, I stopped by the Patek Philippe museum in Geneva, Switzerland, This time there were some products from the Geneva museum on display, as well as current products and products from Japanese collectors.
Of course, the watches and the exhibition space were wonderful, but the most exciting part for me personally was the demonstration by the watchmaker explaining the mechanism. The overhaul was carefully explained one by one while being filmed with a macro camera.
A camera that shows live images of the finest watch details.Is this a contractor’s lens and camera? It was really live, with amazing precision.
The Patek Philippe is not a realistic watch for me, but it was very impressive exhibition.
