超加工食品。シリアルバーに、糖質0の炭酸飲料
糖質を意識し始めてから、はや2年。
糖質を抑えることで、体重は安定しているけれど、どうもよくない食品を自分は摂りすぎていたようだ。
超加工食品とは、香料、乳化剤、着色料などの添加物を多く含んだ食品。これを摂りすぎるとやはり頭にも体にもよくないよう。気分にムラができ生産性が下がる。
そう、糖質をオフを気にし出してから、毎日食べていたものがある。シリアルバーに、糖質0の炭酸飲料だ。
糖質5gほどのシリアルバーとセブンなどで売っている糖質0だけれど甘い炭酸飲料。これを食べていても確かに太りはしないけれど、意識にムラがでる。
やっぱり、添加物は良いものでもないんだなあ。同じ糖質20gを摂るならば、今後は自然なお米で、朝摂ろう。

It’s been two years since I started Carbohydrate-restricted lifestyle.
Reducing my sugar intake has kept my weight stable, but it seems I have been eating too many bad foods.
Ultra-processed foods are those that contain a lot of additives such as flavourings, emulsifiers and colourings. Too much of this is bad for your head and body. It makes you feel uneven and less productive.
Yes, there is one thing I have been eating every day since I started worrying about my sugar intake. Cereal bars and zero sugar fizzy drinks.I certainly don’t gain weight when I eat them, but my awareness is uneven.
I guess additives are not a good thing either. From now on, if I’m going to have the same 20g of sugar, I’ll have it in the morning with natural rice.
