メガネ屋をはじめて15年。メガネは趣味と実用を兼ねている。

自分がお客様の立場として、お店に訪れるときにとっても感心すること。やっぱりお店の方のそのものに対する愛情。扱っているものに対する愛情があると、本当にありありとわかる。

逆に愛情がなく、お金を稼ぐため、仕事でやっているんだろうなというのもすぐわかる。昔は愛情がなくてもなんとかなったかもしれないけれど、今は世界中の物がどこでも手軽に買える時代。

とにかく効率的にさばく大手から物が安く買える一方、わざわざその方から買いたい！本当にそう思わせてくれるお店はきっとなくなることはない。小売の分野でも、すべては両極端へ。

I have been an optician for 15 years.

When I visit a shop as a customer. If they have love for what they are dealing with, you can really see it.

On the other hand, if they have no love for what they are selling and are just doing it for work or to make money, it is easy to see.

While things can be bought cheaply from big companies who sell efficiently, Shops that really make you feel good that way will never disappear.

Even in retail, everything is going to extremes.
