「好きこそものの上手なれ」

高校のころの友人の影響でメガネにハマり、それからメガネが大好きだった。ガジェットも好きだけれど、メガネは常に好きだった。そして、現在メガネは自分の職業。

誠眼鏡店として、仕事でメガネに携わることになり15年。多い日は1日12時間ほどメガネのことを考えているわけなので、どうしたって、メガネには詳しくなる。プロというものを定義をどうするかだけれど、仮に10000時間の法則などをもとに、10000時間以上メガネのことを考えている人をプロだとするなら、今やプロだ。

「好きこそものの上手なれ」何事も、やっぱりこれが一番。

Love is the key to success.

I fell in love with glasses under the influence of a friend in high school and have loved them ever since. I have always loved glasses. And now glasses are my profession.

As a Makoto optician, I have been working with glasses for 15 years. Most days I spend about 12 hours a day thinking about glasses, so no matter what I do, I know a lot about glasses. I am not sure how to define a professional, but if I were to define a professional as someone who thinks about eyewear for more than 10,000 hours, based on the law of 10,000 hours, then he or she would now be a professional.

“Love is the key to success.” that is the best way to describe everything.
