今年11月のハワイ島、コナでのウルトラマンの参加が決定。今日、久しぶりに朝5km泳いだ。

自分はスイムもランもバイクもまるで早くないけれど、何事も飽きずに努力できることも才能。その言葉を胸に3日まるまるサポートいただける現地のサポーターの方々のご厚意を形にできるように、コツコツまたトレーニングを始めたい。

This November I will be competing in the Ultraman in Kona, Hawaii. Today I swam 5km in the morning .

I’m not a fast swimmer, runner or cyclist, but my talent is that I never get bored and keep working hard. I would like to start training steadily again so that I can give shape to the kindness of the local supporters who will be supporting me throughout the three days.
