Obsessed with ‘ rocks ‘. The best life?
Useally I’m not to read novels more than once, but ‘Sumi no Yuremeki’, which I’ve blogged about before, I’ve listened to several times.
I’ve listened to it many times because it’s a very interesting novel, ‘Sumi no Yuremeki’, which was written in collaboration with Audible.
In this novel there are a few references to ‘stones’.
Not diamonds, sapphires or other precious minerals, but ordinary stones found on riverbanks and mountainsides. If you could fall in love with these stones, you might be able to live a supremely happy life.
Unfortunately, once you have something, no matter how much you wanted it before, the joy of getting it will fade as soon as you have it. Even when you think you have enough, you will want more, and more, and more, and more. Even if you make money, if you raise your standard of living, there is no end to it.
There are things that are not stones, but are found everywhere, but no two are the same. If you can fall in love with such things from the bottom of your heart, life can be the best.
