年齢を重ねるごとに自然と睡眠途中で目覚めやすくなる
どうも最近、夜寝ている間に自然と目が覚めると思い、色々と調べていると、目が覚めること自体そんなに問題ではないようだ。
睡眠の途中で起きても問題ないケースは、以下の4つが全て満たされている場合だという。
1. 途中で起きたタイミングが寝始めから3時間以降であること
2. 起きても30分以内には再入眠ができる
3. 朝の起床時にスッキリ感が保てている
4. 昼間に眠気で仕事や生活に支障が出ることがない
今のところ自分はすべてこれ満たせているので、そんなに問題ないし、年齢を重ねると目が冴えるようになるのは当然のよう。ただ良い睡眠っていうのは、本当大切だとつくづく思う。

As we get older, we tend to wake up in the middle of our sleep more easily.
It seems that lately I have been waking up spontaneously in the middle of my sleep, and after doing some research it seems that waking up in the middle of your sleep is not such a big problem.
The cases where waking up in the middle of sleep is not a problem are when all four of the following are true
- the time of waking up in the middle of sleep is after three hours from the start of sleep
- the person is able to return to sleep within 30 minutes of waking up
- they feel refreshed when they wake up in the morning
- daytime sleepiness does not interfere with work or life.
At the moment I am able to fulfil all of these, so I don’t have too many problems, and it seems natural that as we get older we become more sleepy. I really think that a good night’s sleep is very important.
