最近、不動産業務としての物件を探している。

先日、残留物が結構ある物件を数件見た。自分の生活では、ゴミをそこまで貯める生活の友人や知人はいなかったので、びっくり。一定数そういった方はいるようだ。

残留物は、どうやったら効率よく処理することができるのかと色々と調べていると、このような専門の方々がいた。

すごい！とにかくすごい！このような状態でも綺麗にしてしまうのだ。

自分の管理物件がこのような状態になってしまったら悲惨だけれど、こういった専門の方がいるというのは、やはり世の中なんでもやりようがあるということだ。

自分とまったく関係ない畑違いの事業などを知ると、自分の足元の事業の改善点など改めて気づくことができる。

自分の常識と他人の常識。

Common sense, madness.
I have recently been looking at properties as part of my work in property.

The other day I saw a couple of properties with quite a lot of rubbish. I was surprised because I have no friends or acquaintances in my own life who store that much rubbish. There seems to be a certain number of people who do.

I did a lot of research on how to deal with waste efficiently and found these specialists.

They are amazing! Just amazing! They can clean up even in this condition.

It would be tragic if my property was in this state, but the fact that there are such specialists shows that anything is possible in this world.

When you learn about businesses that have nothing to do with your own, you realise how you can improve your own business.

Your own common sense and the common sense of others.
