Google,meta

Google, META Layoffs if not placed in next team within deadline.
Companies such as Meta and Google, reorganise teams when one project is finished. Each person is encouraged to choose a new role, and if they do not find it themselves by the time, they are out of a job and laid off. Such seems to be the system.
It may seem cold-hearted, but in a way I think this is a very wonderful system.
It’s not like Japanese universities where it’s difficult to get in, but once you’re in the company you don’t have to study anymore, but companies are like universities overseas, where it’s easy to get in, but you have to constantly brush yourself up to graduate. Such a system is definitely better.
