知らず知らずのうちに同じことばかりしてしまう。楽だから、自分が、知らず知らずのうちに、選んでいる、食事。仕事。家事。食事。仕事。家事。
好きな音楽、好きなもの、趣味すら、知らず知らずのうちに代わり映えしないものに。
あえて、慣れない環境に。あえて、いつもいかない場所に。あえて、いつも考えない方法で。
満ち足りて生き生きとした人生を送るには好奇心がかかせない。

Favorite music, favourite things, even hobbies, Unknowingly doing the same things.
Dare to be in unfamiliar surroundings. Dare to be in places you don’t always go. Dare to do things in ways you don’t always think about.
Curiosity is essential to a full and vibrant life.
