HRVも回復!体の疲れが驚くほどとれた。緩やかスイムと水シャワー
1週間の弾丸フランス、スイス旅で、何気に体が結構つかれていたので、昨晩夜に3km、今朝2km。今朝は、スイム後、水シャワーを3分。
すると、驚くほど体が好調になった。HRVも回復、ボディバッテリーも回復。
あおり酒じゃないけれど、やっぱり体が疲れた時は、ランニングよりも何よりも緩やかなスイムと水シャワーが自分には一番なようだ。

After a week’s bullet train in France and Switzerland, my body was feeling quite tired, so I did 3km last night and 2km this morning, and this morning I took a 3-minute water shower after the swim.
My HRV recovered, my body battery recovered.
When my body is tired, a gentle swim and water shower is the best thing for me, more than running or anything else.
