中学生になる娘の親として「ソロモンの偽証」
宮部みゆきさんの「ソロモンの偽証」を全編をAudibleで聞いた。
うちの子もそろそろ中学。
最近は読書も、ビジネス書でなく、小説を読むことが多くなった。今まで読書の9割以上がビジネス書だったけれど、小説は小説で、人の心のあり方が描かれているので、とても面白い。色々なシーンで自分ならどうするかな？と置き換えられる。
ソロモンの偽証は、中学生が主人公なので、自分が親だったなら、どう接することができるかなと、自然と考えらせられる。うちの子も、中学生ともなると、色々と感じ始める年頃なのかな。

As a parent of a daughter entering Junior high school, “Solomon’s Perjury”
I listened to Miyabe Miyuki’s “Solomon’s Perjury” in its entirety on Audible.
My child is about to enter junior high school.
Until now, more than 90% of my reading has been business books, but novels are very interesting because they depict the way people’s minds work.
In “Solomon’s Perjury,” the main character is a junior high school student, so it naturally made me think about how I would treat my child if I were his/her parent. I wonder if my child is at the age where he or she would start to feel things.
