毎日2分間の水のシャワーで整う。
海峡横断のため、アイスマンさんの本を薦められ、今そちらの本「The Wim Hof Method:」を読んでいる。まだ確信にはふれていないけれど、まずはしっかりと呼吸をしながら、毎日2分間の水のシャワー。
まだ初めて数日だからなんとも言えないけれど、これは確かによさそうだ。そういえば、サウナと水風呂で整うというのは、これと同じ感じなのかもしれない。
整う。今の都会の生活で、人間は、知らず知らずのうちに色々なもともと持っているものすごい力を封印してしまっていたのかもしれない。

A daily 2 minute water shower improves my health.
I was recommended ICEMAN book and am reading that one now. I’m not sure yet, but I’m going to start by taking a two-minute water shower every day while breathing well.
it’s only been a few days, but it sure looks good. Come to think of it, maybe this is what it feels like to be in shape after a sauna and a water bath.
To be in shape. In our current urban life, we may have unknowingly sealed off a great deal of power that we originally possessed.
