NASAが宇宙飛行士に求める資質が、ほぼ欠けている
NASAが宇宙飛行士に求める資質
「経験の応用性、操作能力、チームプレー、経験の多様性、頑張る気質、謙虚と自己主張のバランス、成熟、自発性、状況認識と判断、NASAの良き代表者、魅力、激し過ぎない、柔軟性」
これは、JAXAやNASAに採用されようが、採用されなかろうが、宇宙に行こうとしたら、あるべき資質ということだ。
この中で言うと「経験の多様性、頑張る気質、柔軟性」は、まだ何とかなるかもしれないが「チームプレー、謙虚と自己主張のバランス、成熟」は大幅に欠けている。さらに「NASAの良き代表者、操作能力」も欠けている。「魅了、激し過ぎない、自発性、状況認識と判断」はそこそこかもしれないが、結局のところ、現時点では、すべての資質が、ほぼほぼ、欠けている。
アルテミス計画はこれから10年近い計画。自分も10年近くかけて、このあたりの項目をすべて１から鍛え直していかなくては。
