悲観主義は感情で、楽観主義は意志の力による
「悲観主義は感情で、楽観主義は意志の力による」アランの幸福論の言葉の一節。
悲観主義、楽観主義のみならず、幸福も意志の力。最近、何をしている時が幸せなのか、考えていたのだけれど、そうではなくて、意志の力で自分に幸せを感じさせるものなのだ。つまり筋トレのように、日々、意志の力を磨けば人生常に幸せになり得るということだ。意志の力か。磨いてみるか。
