移動中は、ほぼイヤホン。音量の出し過ぎで耳が衰える。
1日のうち、一人で移動中は、ほぼイヤホンをしている。
で、基本オーディオブックをずっと聴いている。
以前は音楽を聴いていて、ついつい外が騒がしく音量を上げて、聴き続けていたら、耳の耳が衰えた。高音がイマイチ聞こえなくなってしまった。といっても、段階として、すべて聞こえるを10としたら、8ぐらいは聞こえるのだけれど、高音がぜんぶは聞こえない。
一度聞こえなくなってしまった耳は簡単には回復しないという。
音量の出し過ぎには、本当に注意が必要だ。
