久しぶりのトライアスロン@九十九里浜
本日、ただいま朝の3時。今日は久しぶりのトライアスロン。場所は東京在住の自分には、近場の九十九里浜。
これからカーシェアで九十九里浜へ向かう。
運転も久々だし、トライアスロンも久しぶり。
距離はアイアンマンの半分、オリンピックディスタンスの倍、程よいミドルディスタンス。
スイム1.9km、バイク90.1km、ラン20.1km。
来年は、ミドルディスタンスのほぼ4倍、スイム10km、バイク423km、ラン84kmのウルトラマンにカナダに参加予定なので、今日は、しっかりと完走しないと！！
ということで、さあ！行ってきます！！
