定期的に沸きこる衝動。
自分の場合、他人から見ると馬鹿げたことでも、自分の中からの衝動は、無視せずしっかりと向き合うわないと、バイオリズムが崩れる。パワーがなくなる。
自分の中からの衝動、それには抗わず従うのが、結局一番効率がいい。
