ガソリンの香りの香水。香りはコミュニケーションの一種。
ForbがオールEVの車を発売することを受けて、ガソリンの香りの香水を発売したらしい。
車もいじるのも大好きという車好きの方々がEV車に変えた時、もっとも懐かしく感じるのがガソリンの香りとのことで、そこから商品化されたとのこと。
香りは、自動車のタイヤのゴム臭、排気ガスなどをもとにサンダルウッドなどでアクセントがつけられた香りとのこと。
この香水を作ったのは2016年創業「香りを通して、香りについてのストーリーを伝えること」をミッションとするイギリスの会社「OLFICTION」
香りといえば、映画で『パフューム ある人殺しの物語 Perfume: The Story of a Murderer 』という面白い映画があったけれど、香水はコミュニケーションの一種というのは確かに間違いじゃないかもしれない。
