スマホ断ち
本日、山中湖中。やっぱり東京で暮らす自分にとって、森の中はやっぱり最高。
ネットは定期的に遮断するとメンタル的にも良いので、定期的にまったく携帯を使えないようにしている。今回はスマホ断ちのつもりで山中湖にきたわけじゃないのだけれど、いつも使っている楽天モバイルが山中湖だとまったく使えない。
昔はスマホなどないのが当然だったので、この状態が普通だったけれど、この状態に不便さを感じている自分に改めてスマホが自分の生活の主要な部分を担っていると気づく。
