効率を追うと、新しいことは何もできなくなる
先日、久しぶりに朝、みなさまの前でお話させていただく機会をいただいた。そこで、フィードバックでいただいたお話で、「誠さんは、効率を全く追ってないんですね！」と言われ、ああ確かに！！と納得した。
自分が行動できてる時は、全く効率を追ってないし、そもそも効率なんてこと考えてもいない。逆に、自分の行動が滞っている時は、効率のことを考えていたりすることが多い。効率を追うと、新しいことは何もできなくなる。これは確かに間違いないなと思った。
行動が滞ってるなと感じた時は、やる前から自分が効率を追ってしまい尻込みしていないか、改めて問いかけてみよう。
