『一人で石を持ち上げる気がなかったら、二人がかりでも持ち上がらない。』(ゲーテ)
これは往々にしてあって、みんなで何かをしよう！！といったときに、なんとなくのメンバーが束になっているても、まったく何も進まない。
特に、学校の行事などでも感じるのだけれど、数が多くなると責任の所在も曖昧になるから、本当に何も進まない。
逆に一人でも、なんとかやり切ろうという！！というメンバーが束になると、グングン進む。

本当にそうだ。
