海上に新国家を作るという「シーステディング Seasteading構想」

埋め立てじゃなく、浮島のようなもので、日本沈没のような自体になっても、生きていけるそんな構想。

宇宙に「政治と国境から逃れる可能性」を見出し、火星入植をめざすイーロン・マスク氏のスペースXにも、とりわけ大きな投資をしているピーター・ティール氏が共同創設者となっている発想。

「ペイパル・マフィア」と呼ばれる方々は発想が自由すぎる。
