空き家バンク

現在、奥多摩とか、横須賀のまったく車も入れない山の上とか空き家について調べているんですが、ちょっと調べただけでも、色々とあるよう。限定集落の因習悪弊やら、なんやら。

空き家バンクは仲介ない直接取引。無償譲渡、いわゆる0円物件もたくさんあるけれど、その半分はやはり0円の問題物件が多そう。

うちは不動産業も免許だけはもっているので、レインズが見れるのだけれど、レインズだけではやはりわからないので、やっぱりなんだかんだいって、その地域の問題やらあるようなので、距離的には目と鼻の先でも、付属する集落でまったく雰囲気や監修が変わるみたいなので、実際に現地に言って、現場で実際の街、村の雰囲気を体感して、お知り合いなど増やしてというのが、一番の近道のようだ。
