何も作ってない人が後からごちゃごちゃいう
自分は最近は意識や趣味の違う人と一緒に何かを企画するということがほぼないから、忘れていたけれど、小学校などの決まりごと作るのって大変だな。
何も作ってない人が後からごちゃごちゃいう。
勿論自分は作るほうじゃないのだけれど、そこまでに色々な人が動いて、形にしてくれてたとしても、もっとこういうものがいいなど、勝手に好き放題。
自分と違う意見に対しては、リスペクトを持って反対だと言い、しっかり議論をする。そして決まったことには、みんなでしっかり従う、というのがグローバル企業のルールと、『外資系で自分らしく働ける人に一番大切なこと』という本に書いてあったが、まさにその通り。
