ヤマダ電気 &大塚家具 と 匠大塚
いまうちでやっている誠眼鏡店、銀座が入っている奥野ビルの横が大塚家具。
大塚家具といえば、高級路線と一対一の接客と思っていたけれど、社会が代わり業績低迷。
その後娘の久美子社長に社長をゆずり方向性かわり、先日、ヤマダ電気の傘下に入ったようだ。
大塚家具は、2016年の先代の勝久会長と久美子社長との親子騒動のあと３期連続営業赤字。
先代の勝久会長は新たに以前の接客重視の大塚家具の復活を目指し、匠大塚株式会社をつくられ都内で展開中とのこと。
眼鏡業界でいうと、JINSなど幅広い方向を目指す方向の「大塚家具」と、セレクトの眼鏡だけを置く高級呂線の「匠大塚」。どちらの方向が吉と出るのだろう？
どちらにせよ、中途半端は絶対ダメということだろうけれど、それぞれの方向から目が離せない。
