今からアマゾン帝国
SFじゃないけれど、もし今の自分と、ジェフ・ベソスさんが中身だけ入れ替わったら、今の自分の状況からでもスイッチングしたジェフ・ベソスさんのほうが、今後の人生をうまく活用して生きていくだろう。
今自分は４１歳なのだけれど、４１歳日本、ほぼ何もない状況からでも、ジェフ・ベソスさんなら、きっと世界的な企業を作るだろう。
逆に、自分が今ジェフ・ベソスさんの立場に完全にチェンジしたとしたら、さすがにアマゾン帝国を潰すことはしないかもしれないけれど、新たな価値を作り続けるような快進撃を続けられるかは、そうとう怪しい。
人間はある程度の環境の下にいる場合は、中身の差だけ。中身がどれだけ強いエンジンかそれだけ。もっと言っちゃうと、それは性能というよりは、人生への「覚悟」。リスクを取れたりどれだけ張れるかその差だけな気がする。
覚悟が足りないんだよなぁ。覚悟が。
