「必ず儲かります」と言うしかない
僕の名前は星野なので、だからというわけではないけれど、
星野リゾートは常に気になっていた。
「星のや」には一回も泊まったことはないのだけれど、
関連の施設には家族でなんどか泊まっている。
そんな、星野リゾートの星野さんがおっしゃっていた。
経営者は演じなきゃいけない。
自分が思っている以上に自信があるということを言わなきゃいけない。
そしていった以上は必ずそれ以上を実現すること。
必ず儲かります！というしかない。
事業再生とはそういうものと。
